Regular driving sessions
Hourly rate $105. Valid from 1st July 2025.
This includes towns no more than 20 minutes from my base at Dumbalk. Such as Meeniyan, Leongatha, Mirboo North, Foster and surrounds.
If I have to travel further than these towns, fee will be $115.
Drive test, which includes a one hour session in the lead up to the drive test. $300. (All of these sessions are conducted in Leongatha).

NDIS clients
I am no longer a registered NDIS provider so I now will only support self and plan managed clients due to so many changes. This means I will be supporting clients within the same areas as mentioned above. We have also discovered specialist driver training is becoming increasingly hard to get approved, therefore, with my many and varied qualifications, I am able to use about six different item numbers. Prices are $160 per session from 1st March 2026 (first price rise in six years). If you’re happy to pay me on the day without an invoice, my regular prices above, can be charged. Please, plan ahead as my availability varies from season to season.

Road trauma support
I personally know that feeling. I was involved in a serious accident approximately 28 years ago and whilst I was lucky to come out with just a fractured sternum and a week off work, the thought of going through an intersection again, scared the heck out of me! It was only with the love and support of others that I was able to move through that time in my life. But sadly, some people’s fear is so real, the thought of even a loved one supporting them, just isn’t enough. So, that’s where I step in. I help get you back on track and comfortable in the driver’s seat again.

Medical Review and OT Assessments
Since 2018, I’ve worked alongside Occupational Therapists (OTs), supporting drivers who require a medical driving review or on-road assessment. I understand that being asked to have your driving ability assessed can feel overwhelming, particularly when your independence is at stake. My role is to provide a calm, patient and supportive environment, helping you feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel while working collaboratively with your OT. Whether you’re returning to driving after an illness or injury, managing a medical condition, or experiencing changes in your physical or cognitive abilities, I tailor my approach to your individual needs. My focus is always on treating you with dignity and respect, supporting safe driving and helping you maintain your independence wherever possible.
My training sessions are based on location, so my price does vary. Please contact me for an individual quote.
Steering wheel lock
With vehicle theft an ongoing concern, it’s worth thinking about how we can make our cars less attractive to thieves. One practical option is a modern version of a steering wheel lock!
Unlike electronic security systems, a steering wheel lock provides a visible, physical barrier that can discourage opportunistic thieves and make stealing your vehicle more difficult and time-consuming. Particularly for those who still have an old fashioned key.
I particularly like the idea of combining traditional security measures with modern technology. A Faraday bag can help protect your keyless-entry signal, while a steering wheel lock adds another layer of protection.
No security device can guarantee your car won’t be stolen, but making a thief’s job harder is certainly a sensible place to start. I’ve included a link to purchase, and is very reasonably priced! Purchase link
Peninsula bends and twists
Have you struggled to get some of your hours up outside South Gippsland? Join me on on an approximate four hour drive, with about a thirty minute lunch break (I’ll shout lunch) where we will head to Arthurs Seat, and whilst checking out the view, I’ll shout you lunch, before we head back down the windy road, hopefully a drink from the iconic Cafe Del Sol Caravan in Safety Beach before we head back home. That’s four hours on your app. Bring a friend and split the cost, you’ll both get at least two hours on the app.
Cost is $449, or bring a friend and the cost is half that amount.
Bookings are essential and are usually planned at least 6-8 weeks in advance.
Melbourne Confidence Day
This approximate five to six hour experience (includes rest breaks) designed to take learners beyond their familiar local roads and give them supported, real world experience in more challenging driving environments.
We’ll head towards Melbourne (may even reach the CBD), giving learners the opportunity to experience heavier traffic, larger and multi-lane roundabouts, multiple traffic lights, busier intersections, lane changes, unfamiliar roads and more complex traffic situations, possible hook turns, all with me beside them to calmly guide them through it.
This isn’t about throwing a learner into the deep end. We’ll build the experience gradually, helping them understand what they’re seeing, make safe decisions and discover that they really can handle roads that once felt intimidating.
And because this experience is a big day, I’ll shout lunch and refreshments along the way!
It’s a chance to clock up some valuable learner hours, experience roads they may not otherwise encounter, have a bit of fun and come home with something even more important than kilometres.
Cost is $599 for the day. Want to bring a friend? Split the cost between you. One drives in, the other drives home. Great way to also get used to chatter in the car, whilst building valuable experience.
These drives have been a popular option over the last ten years, but must be booked up to 6-8 weeks in advance.
Faraday bag set
A simple little bag that ‘could’ help protect your car from theft!
Did you know that some thieves can use electronic devices to capture or relay the signal from your keyless car key, potentially allowing them to unlock and start your vehicle without ever touching your keys? It’s known as relay theft, and it’s one of the reasons I recommend keeping your car keys in a Faraday bag when they’re not in use. These specially designed signal-blocking pouches help prevent your key from communicating with your vehicle, adding an extra layer of security whether you’re at home or out and about. They’re inexpensive, easy to use and could save you a whole lot of heartache. Just remember to test the bag regularly to make sure it’s blocking the signal effectively. I’ve included a link to the ones I recommend below. They work, I’ve had one client relieved they went to their neighbour after trying his.
